A total of 137 bullets were fired into the couple's car during the incident, and reports indicate that they were each shot at least 20 times each.

Late last year The City of Cleveland agreed to begin implementing reforms, after The U.S. Department of Justice investigated the Cleveland Police department & determined that there was a "Pattern or Practice of Excessive Force" and Violating Civil Rights.
