Wallace is one of only four Black drivers to EVER elevate to driving full time in one of NASCAR's Top Three National Series; and the first to win since Wendell Scott took victory on December 1st 1963. Willy T. Ribbs and Bill Lester round out the list of trailblazing talents to reach NASCAR's top levels-and Wendell Scott would be the subject of Richard Pryor's 1977 movie "Greased Lighting."
The best part about Wallace is that he's only 20 years old; so hopefully this will be the first of MANY Victories... #SALUTE
