The last steps to the end of a race are always the most important. Sometimes how you finish, has more of an effect on the results of a race, than how you start. I’ve seen Emcees in the game come out the gate hard AF, only to slow down tremendously towards the end. This Emcee: [email protected], definitely sustains the pace on skills and delivery. His track selections are sound, and the lyrics have only gotten better with time.
This week, I’m focusing on 2 tracks by him: Ron Banks featuring Mr. Sith, which is a vocal track that features singing from the Legendary Lead Singer of the Fabulous Dramatics-Ronald Banks, and a fierce verse by Sith. The second cut is called: Panetelas Intro. It’s an interlude that has some sound-bytes in it. No rhymes, but it’s still dope!
I’ll have to ask Sith the science on the intro. I believe it must be for an LP of his…Now that I mention it, I believe all the songs I’ve posted of his, all 13-counting today’s 2, are from an LP. It seems like it at least, with how certain tracks tend to go together. We’ll see…stay tuned, enjoy this week’s selection & let me know what you think…
