CLEVELAND POLICE OFFICER MICHAEL BRELO FOUND NOT GUILTY AFTER MURDERING AN UNARMED COUPLE IN 2012!!!
Despite evidence that Cleveland Police Officer Michael Brelo jumped on the hood of a car, and fired 15 shots into the windshield, today he has now been acquitted in the charge of voluntary manslaughter. Brelo was also acquitted of felonious assault in the course of executing Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams in November 2012. Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams were executed after Cleveland Police Officers sought to pull them over for an alleged "Turn Signal violation." The driver did not comply, and a chase ensued. During the chase more than 100 gunshots were fired into the car, by a total of 13 different officers. Brelo was the only officer charged-because he reloaded his weapon, jumped on top of the car, and continued firing long after the car had stopped moving. Police allege that the car backfired when taking off, which led them to believe that they had been shot at. No gun was ever found, nor was there any evidence that either person fired anything at any cop. Michael Brelo, who was facing 22 years in prison, was acquitted because his lawyers argued that "other officers fired during the final barrage of bullets and prosecutors couldn't prove when the fatal shots were fired." Judge John P. O'Donnell stated that "the state did not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant Michael Brelo knowingly caused the deaths of Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams, because the essential element of causation was not proved for both counts...
It was reasonable despite knowing now that there was no gun in the car and he was mistaken about the origin of the gunshots."
A total of 137 bullets were fired into the couple's car during the incident, and reports indicate that they were each shot at least 20 times each.
The City of Cleveland has a long history of going far beyond the use of excessive force, and still has to address the matter of the officers that executed 12 Year Old Tamir Rice in 2014. That same year year their courts failed to file charges against cops that executed 22 Year Old John Crawford, who was shopping for an air rifle in Wal Mart. Late last year The City of Cleveland agreed to begin implementing reforms, after The U.S. Department of Justice investigated the Cleveland Police department & determined that there was a "Pattern or Practice of Excessive Force" and Violating Civil Rights.

JANET JACKSON - "ANY TIME, ANY PLACE"
Black Love & Sensuality personified... From the moment the beat drops, and elevated beyond imagination once you hear her Janet's voice, her classic 1993 Love ballad will take over the mood of any music lover.
"In the thunder and rain, You stare into my eyes, I can feel your hand Movin up my thighs. Skirt around my waist, Wall against my face, I can feel your lips, Oooh"
Remember when songs painted sexy pictures, without being just straight up raunchy? Lol.
Happy Birthday Janet Jackson.
Far too few know about her, but hopefully soon that will change. I first heard of Ann Wolfe years ago after watching an episode of "Real Sports With Bryant Gumbel" on HBO; but sadly her name remained under the radar for several more years. But in the buildup to the Canelo Alvarez versus James Kirkland fight, the question of how James Kirkland would fare without his mentor & trainer Ann Wolfe was a constant question coming from all of the big name analysts. And that question received a DEFINITIVE Answer Last Night as James Kirkland was absolutely destroyed over the course of three brutal rounds.
Now the fact remains that James Kirkland has two losses in his career, both Early Round Knockouts, and BOTH losses occurred when chose other trainers over the proven commodity that is Ann Wolfe!
Ann Wolfe was/is an ex-con, who rose from Poverty & Homelessness to become a Women's Boxing champion who held World Titles in five Different Weight Classes (three at the same time). Her career record was 24-1 with 16 Knockouts, and she was widely considered to be the Hardest Puncher in the history of Women's Sports (Boxing or MMA). Before that though, she served time for drug dealing & slept with her two kids in an Austin, Texas Emergency Room because they were homeless. And in her own words, she would "fuck Ronda Rousey up!" Her intense training style had been criticized as being too aggressive in the past; but now that it has been proven that her style clearly prepares fighters to endure & excel past any type of adversity, one can only wonder how many calls she will be getting from other potential up & coming stars... #Salute
Last week Dorian Johnson filed a $25,000 lawsuit against The city of Ferguson & Former Officer Darren Wilson; and yesterday he went to jail in Ferguson. According to news reports "police had been called to check on a group of people who were possibly armed with guns. Johnson was accused of approaching an officer to keep him from making an arrest, and police say he also threw suspected narcotics onto the ground." This makes at least the second time this year that an eyewitness to Police Misconduct found himself in jail under suspicious circumstances (currently Ramsey Orta-who filmed the MURDER of Eric Garner-sits in a cell on Rikers Island). Oddly enough, the arrest of Dorian Johnson comes less than 24 hours after he made his lawsuit public.
For those that don't remember, Dorian Johnson was with Mike Brown when he was MURDERED. he is most famous for his testimony that Brown was shot "like an animal," and it is his now infamous interview from which the slogan "Hands Up-Don't Shoot" originates. As far as the actual arrest goes, the narrative remains the same. Officers "suspected" that that someone had a weapon, Johnson is "suspected" of having drugs on him, and Johnson somehow interfered with the officers ability to do their job. smh. Oh by the way, like so many other cases, no drugs were found. Johnson's lawsuit asserts that Darren Wilson targeted Brown & Johnson without probable cause; and that "Officer Wilson acted with either deliberate indifference and/or reckless disregard toward" #FTP
In the aftermath of the Civil War, tension between whites & newly freed Blacks ran high all over the country. Citing tension between poor Blacks & Whites, and "an especial hatred among the city police for the Colored Soldiers," The City of Memphis erupted into racial warfare that would leave an estimated 46 Black People dead.
The official version of events begins with an April 30th 1866 confrontation between police & a group Black former soldiers that had been out drinking. The group of officers attempted to force the men off of the sidewalk, and when one of the officers fell to the ground, guns were drawn & a fight ensued. The next day (May 1st) a larger group of Black Men, mostly former soldiers, were assembled for yet another standoff. Officers arrived, a scuffle ensued, and all hell broke loose as the officers began firing upon the crowd of retreating Black citizens. At the urging of City Recorder John C. Creighton, a mob was assembled with instructions to "kill every Negro and drive the last one from the city." The mob of Policemen, Firemen & more, would go on to loot and burn every home in the area. On May 2nd, a second wave of violence hit with little regard for women or children (official reports state that some were even shot while still in bed).
"All crimes imaginable were committed from simple larceny to rape and murder. Several women and children were shot in bed. One woman (Rachel Johnson) was shot and then thrown into the flames of a burning house and consumed. Another was forced twice through the flames and finally escaped. In some instances houses were fired and armed men guarded them to prevent the escape of those inside."
There are no clearly defined reasons as to what caused the rampage to finally cease, but as of May 4th, it was finally over. In the end, it is estimated that 90-100 homes, 12 schools, & four churches were laid to waste. At least five women were raped, and 285 people were injured. None of the perpetrators were ever arrested for their crimes.
